Return and Refund Policy

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If it does, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for returned items, minus any shipping costs, taxes, or fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@leatherforest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as custom orders or personalized items, are non-returnable. We will indicate any non-returnable items on the product page.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@leatherforest.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund for the damaged item. We don't charge you for damaged or defective product returns.
